Laura was raised in Draper, UT. She was supposed to arrive in Skagway seven years ago in a VW bus but it burned up in a 7-11 parking lot. She has continued to find alternate transportation. Laura loves rain, trees, birds, books, her Takara Villager, and lugging stuff around on her back. She giggles after most sentences and spends her winters teaching English to college freshmen (and the occasional senior who has left their English class for their last semester... unbelievable!).
